Enrollment Process

Step 1: Gather the Required Paperwork

a) Registration Form - Download these forms ahead of time or obtain the form from the enrolling campus upon Registration

b) Official Birth Certificate (Courthouse Issued)

c) Immunization Record

d) A Proof of Residency (Current Utility Bill or Lease Agreement)

e) Proof of Income (Pre-K enrollment Only)

Step 2: Visit the Campus Office for Enrollment

Please bring the required paperwork to the campus office where your child will be enrolling.
